  1. Can I pay by Cash for my Trips? 

Yes, we do accept Cash Payments. We encourage everyone to pay only through our safe & secure Digital Payment Gateway, which allows Customers to pay through their Bank Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and multiple UPIs like (including, not limited to) PayTM, Google Pay. This helps us to know and monitor whether the Customers have been charged fairly and accurately by our Cab Managers and helps us to send out an accurate invoice to them

  1. I want to know the rate chart from Location ‘A’ to Location ‘B’ in my City. How do I get that?

When you Log-in to your Cab-E App, you can put in your Pick-Up Location and your Drop-off Location, choose between the kind of car (Standard or SUV) and you will get the Ride information which gives the estimated Fare. Since we do not have any surge pricing, it will remain almost the same every time, unless there is some traffic congestion on that route. On completion of the trip, the Customer and the Cab Manager will get the final fare which will be basis the actual distance covered, time taken and route used.

  1. How many passengers are allowed to travel in a Standard car or an SUV?

Irrespective of the type of car, right now under the Covid-19 regulations by the Central/State Govt., only 2 passengers in addition to the Cab Manager is allowed in a car. As the relaxations change, we will also change the guidelines

  1. Are the Toll and Parking charges included in this price?

No, the Fare is for the Journey alone – Toll and Parking Charges will be additional

  1. What is the Tariff for a journey with Cab-E?

  1. Are Cab-E cars Air Conditioned cars or normal cars?

All our Cabs are Air-conditioned cars. Please write to us if any Cab Manager refuses to switch on the AC in the Car

  1. On booking a Cab, how much time would it take for cab to reach my location? Do we get the name, photo and the contact number of the Driver on booking cab? When are your cabs available?

On Booking a ride through our Cab-E App, the ETA (estimated time of arrival) will show on your App screen. Please Book the ride, only if you are OK with the wait time. Right now, as we have just launched, we have lesser cars and hence the wait time may be long but they are still affordable. If you are certain on the date and time of travel, you could use our Pre-Booking option which does not have a wait time, once accepted by our Cab Managers

Yes, you will get the details of our Cab Managers and they are available 24/7 across the city

  1. Are there any extra charges for late night travel?

Yes, as per Govt. regulations there are Night Charges as applicable, but no Surge charge at all

  1. How do I book a Cab and what are the charges for travelling?

All our Cabs are Air-conditioned cars. Please write to us if any Cab Manager refuses to switch on the AC in the Car

  1. How do we know and compare Cab-E fares vis-à-vis other Operators?

When you Log-in to your Cab-E App, you can put in your Pick-Up Location and your Drop-off Location, choose between the kind of car (Standard or SUV) and you will get the Ride information which gives the estimated Fare. Since we do not have any surge pricing, it will remain almost the same every time, unless there is some traffic congestion on that route. On completion of the trip, the Customer and the Cab Manager will get the final fare which will be basis the actual distance covered, time taken and route used. Once you get our estimated fare, you can check the same on the App of other operators – for the same route and timing

  1. Does the Fare include the Toll Charges?

No, the Fare does not include Toll Charges. As a best practice, our Cab Managers will add the cost of the Toll, only when the cab has reached and crossed a particular Toll. The amount will get added to your Receipt. Please do not pay any additional cash for Tolls on the completion of the ride

  1. I am looking for Cabs but on a lot of occasions, I am not finding a cab at all. How do you stake up vis-à-vis your competition on demand and supply?

Right now, since we have just launched, we have lesser cars for the large demand coming in and hence the wait time may be long but they are still affordable. If you are certain on the date and time of travel, you could use our Pre-Booking option which does not have a wait time, once accepted by our Cab Managers

  1. Why does your App show an Estimated Fare and not the actual fare?

Fares are always estimated before a ride. On the completion of the ride, the Customer and the Cab Manager will get the Final/Actual Fare which will depend on the actual distance covered, time taken and route used

  1. Your App is not showing me all near-by cabs. Your App should display the expected time before confirming the booking, so that I can decide to book or not to book a ride

On Booking a ride through our Cab-E App, the ETA (estimated time of arrival) will show on your App screen. Please Book the ride, only if you are OK with the wait time.   1. Which cars do you use?

Right now we are in the Pre-Launch Phase and we are operating through a fleet of regular cars. Our Main Launch will introduce a Fleet of all-new Electric Cars soon. We are tied up with various car companies for the cars

  1. Do your services include Corporate tie-ups for daily dedicated cabs?

We will be starting this service shortly, only with our Electric Cars

  1. Do you have round trip or hourly rental?

For now, there are no round trips and hourly rental in our services. As we gear towards our Main Launch we will add more features and services.

  1. Do you have Auto booking available?

We do not have Auto booking available

  1. When will my Cab be confirmed for the later date trip?

For schedule bookings, Cab Managers are allotted just 45mins before the actual time for the ride.
